Royal Manor Apartments

Cream of crop apartment complex in the north hills. Known for their spacious living quarters and executive amenities. By the name alone you can tell this place is upper echelon. I’ve lived here over a year now and I’ve never looked back.

My wife and I haved lived at Royal Manor Apartments for 2 years and the experience has been excellent. Joanne and Jocelyn are exceptional and the maintenance staff is outstanding. I would definitely recommend Royal Manor to all.

Definitely one of the better communities in the North Hills area. The units have modern amenities with centralized HVAC and decent insulation so your heating & cooling bills are fairly small. My ground-level unit stayed naturally cool during the summer months, even during heat waves. Maintenance folks are prompt and good about their work, even during COVID, and have taken precautions to make sure things remain safe. The units themselves are pretty quiet, but the bathroom walls are a bit thin so loud noise will bleed through (yelling, bass-heavy stereos, etc.) Like most apartments, that stuff comes down to the kinds of neighbors you have. Seems like Pittsburgh has been getting a lot more expensive over the last decade, but Royal Manor at least gives you a lot of value for your rent. I'd live here if you were looking in the North Hills area.

Great location! Very spacious units, pricing is a steal compared to other locations in the area. Quiet community making it ideal for young professionals and college students. Friendly and courteous staff, maintenance is timely and efficient resolving any issue that may arise. No complaints on my end, really lucked out with this location

The apartment complex is amazing. Everyone is very nice and wants to help in any way possible. I always felt safe living here and would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for a place to live in north hills!
